Need to return something?
Here’s everything you need to know

We accept returns based on each store's policy, with a guaranteed minimum return window of 25 days from the purchase date. Returns are free, and we will coordinate the process once you initiate a return. For details on specific store policies or to get started, please contact our Customer Support team via the chat button in the bottom right corner or email us at WeCare@Myti.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase for your return to be accepted.

To start a return, contact us for a Return Authorization. Myti has the right to deny your return if it does not meet the above requirements.

Upon issuance of a Return Authorization a Myti team member will give you the date and time the item will be picked up from the delivery address you provided at the time of purchase. The item(s) must be repackaged and clearly labeled with the order number. Please leave the package in an accessible place for the driver to pickup your item on the agreed upon date.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. After 72 hours of receiving the product Myti is no longer responsible for damaged items.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including, but not limited to, perishable goods (such as food, coffee, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) and certain clothing. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Delivery fees are not refundable.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

All orders are managed personally by our in-house team for packaging. Our low-carbon Tesla vehicles handle most local deliveries – if you’re in Chittenden County, you’ve likely seen our driver Pierre making his rounds! We’ve also partnered with third party carriers to extend Myti’s service area nationwide.
